RE: Fort Collins Health Care and Rehabilitation Center
Dear Mr. Kirkpatrick:
Additional comments regarding reviewed the submittal for the Fort Collins
Health Care and Rehabilitation Center have been received by our office and
our attached. Also, I will contact Dave Klockeman to pick up an additional red -
lined landscape plan. In addition, it was brought to my attention that a code
section was incorrectly referenced in the letter dated September 19, 1997. On
page 4, item (b), the statement incorrectly refers to Section 4.4.(D)(2)(a-i) of the
Land Use Code. It is Section 4.4(E)(2)(a-i).
Furthermore, I was asked to clarify in what manner future changes/revisions to
the Land Use Code would affect review of the submittal. This project has been
reviewed, and will continue to be reviewed, with the Land Use Code that was in
effect the date of submittal. Any changes to the Land Use Code after that date
are not applicable to this proposal.
I apologize for the incorrectly referenced section. If you have any questions,
