Vencor
Dear Ms. Harter,
The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned projects and submit the following comments:
The South Fort Collins Sanitation District has agreed to vacate the existing easement, Reception
No. 97034413, after the completion and District acceptance of a proposed off -site sanitary sewer
line. The developer is responsible for all costs associated with the appropriate abandonment of the
existing sanitary sewer lines after all District requirements are satisfied.
The District will require easements, on an easement form acceptable to the District, for all facilities
that are not located within the public ROW.
The District does not allow trees or other landscaping within the District's easement.
The proposed forty foot wide easement is for a sanitary sewer line, not an utility easement.
The District requires a back -flow -prevention -device, with flow detection, on the fire line near the
proposed meter pit.
District details and typicals are to be used on sheets 9 and 10 of 10.
