I recommend reviewing the neighborhood and analyzing the mix of blocks types with the requirements of the block standards in Section 4.14(E)(2)(b). In packet of materials with the revisions, I did not receive this information. Could you please address the issue with the next revision (or, if it was submitted and I didn't get a copy, could you please supply me with another copy?) b) Please remove on of the two general notes numbered "13" and renumber. c) Please see the enclosed site plan for additional comments. Staff comments on the Howes Street Hideaways, Phase // Dear Tom: Staff has reviewed the revisions submitted for the Howes Street Hideaways Phase II - PDP/Final Plan, and would like to offer the following comments: 1. The Advance Planning Department offered the following comments: a) Please contact Carol Tunner with the Advance Planning Department to determine whether the proposal should be brought to the Landmark Preservation Committee Design Review Subcommittee. She may be reached at 221-6376. The role of that committee will be advisory only in nature and will not result in any land use decision. b) Please see the enclosed elevations for additional comments. 2. The Zoning Department offered the following comments: a) Please show building envelope and dimensions. b) Section 3.5.2(D)(3) requires side yard setbacks of 5' (or 0' on one side and six feet on the other).
