RE: Staff comments on the Howes Street Hideaways, Phase Il
Dear Tom:
Staff has reviewed the revisions submitted for the Howes Street Hideaways
Phase II - PDP/Final Plan, and would like to offer the following comments:
1. The Advance Planning Department offered the following comments:
a) We have reviewed the plans submitted and all the changes
recommended appear to have been completed. It looks great!
2. The Engineering Department offered the following comments:
a) A retaining wall exceeding 32 inches in height needs to be
engineered. Please provide details.
3. Comments from Stormwater Utility are attached.
4. The Water/Wastewater Utility offered the following comments:
a) Water services may not be extended across adjacent lots.
b) See the site and utility plans for other comments.
This completes the review comments at this time. Additional comments may be
forthcoming as the various departments and reviewing agencies continue to
review this request. We cannot proceed to a public hearing until all comments
have been addressed and no issues are remaining.
Please provide a written response to each of the above stated comments with
