On Tuesday, July 28, 1998 at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, 281 North College
Avenue, an Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct a public Administrative Hearing
on the Howes Street Hideaways, Phase 2, Project Development Plan, #35-97.
The request is for a duplex (with each unit consisting of 4 bedrooms) to be located on
the rear of the lot at 510 South Howes. The existing home is designated as a local
landmark and no exterior changes are proposed to that structure. The property is
located within the CC- Community Commercial Zone District
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
