NOTICE is hereby given that, on
April 2, 1998, at 2:000 P.M., or as
soon thereafter as the matter may
come on the Main Conference

Director of Current Planning will
hold an Administrative Public
Hearing to consider the request

approved, they shall create a
Vested Property Right in ac-
cordance with Colorado Law.
