Dear Ted: On behalf of James Bruce Construction, I am submitting this letter as a formal request of the City of Fort Collins to approve the requested annexation and zoning of the property described on attached documents. The zoning being requested is the L-M-N Zoning Classification. - I believe that it is necessary and desirable for the City of Fort Collins to annex and zone this property as requested because the existing and proposed uses of the lands adjacent to the east, south, and west, are consistent and compatible with the requested zoning herein. The area being requested for annexation is contiguous with the existing city limits along the entire west and north lines thereof. Therefore, it only seems appropriate to the city to consider this annexation request. Ted if you have any questions regarding this application or require additional information, please feel free to contact me. The required application documents are enclosed. College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 Re: Petition for Annexation and Zonine RDC Annexation Dear Ted: Enclosed herewith is a completed submittal package for the referenced project. As we have discussed, 1 am working on this 40-acre vacant land parcel with the intent to develop residential dwellings on all of the useable property in conformance with the new City Plan. In addition to the information required by the Annexation and Zoning Checklist (enclosed), in a separate envelope, I have also included a check payable to the City of Fort Collins in the amount of $1,047.00 which includes $.50 for every APO label (14 labels) in addition to the $1,040 petition fee. Unfortunately, I was unable to hand deliver this submittal personally, however, should you have any questions upon review of this information, I will be glad to meet with you to discuss them.
