The proposed project is commonly known as Advantage Center Project Development Plan, #36-97. This is a request for 9,622 square foot commercial/retail building (for the future relocation of the Advantage Rental Center) on a 23,155 square foot lot. The proposed development is located on the east side of South College Avenue, south of Palmer Drive (located at 4848 South College Avenue). The property is zoned C-Commercial. The City Planning Staff considers your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
