HomeMy WebLinkAboutMYRTLE STREET DUPLEX - BASIC DEVELOPMENT REVIEW - BDR150008 - CORRESPONDENCE - (3)11/0A015: Though a duplex isn't considered a multifamily dwelling we encourage you to provide
space for four (4) enclosed bicycle storage locations within the dwellings or detached garage.
11/03/2015: How will trash/refuse/recycling collection be handled. Is there a need for an outdoor
dumpster enclosure?
11/03/2015: A reminder that basement sleeping rooms require egress windows. Please visit the

Current Planning's Unresolved Issues:
Made By: Clay Frickey
11/10/2015: Where will you be providing additional parking on the site to accommodate the
additional unit? The site will need 4 off-street parking spaces total. The existing garage can count
toward the requirement but the site plan will need to show where the additional parking spaces will
be located. Please note that the parking area must be in the rear of the site and that we will not
count parking spaces in the driveway for the garage.
11/10/2015: What units/scale is being used for the site plan? Please provide a scale bar.
