On Friday, December 19, 1997 at 2:00 p.m. in the Maple Tree Conference Room, 281
North College Avenue, the Current Planning Director will conduct a public
Administrative Hearing on The Prospector Shops, Project Development Plan/Final
Compliance, #32-97.
The project is a request for a 7,150 square foot retail/personnal service/ office building
on 0.59 acres; located at 111 West Prospect Road. The property is zoned C -
Commercial.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
