January 8, 1998 An additional street tree should be added to Charlie Lane in the location shown on the attached photo copy. AAd i ,� Svc < 2. Please add the following notes to the Landscape Plan: A. "Tree/Utility separations shall not be used as a means of avoiding the planting of required street trees." B. "Topsoil that is removed during construction activity shall be conserved for later use on areas requiring revegetation and landscaping." C. "Prior to installation of plant materials, areas that have been compacted or disturbed by construction activity shall be thoroughly loosened. Organic amendments such as compost, peat or aged manure shall be thoroughly incorporated at a rate of at least three (3) cubic yards of amendment per 1,000 square feet of landscape area." 3. A Final Soils Report and Pavement Design will be required for the street prior to construction. New borings will need to be made after utilities are installed and the streets are rough graded. The pavement design needs to be based on the new borings and based on other data from the City's Engineering Department. For further information, please contact Rick Richter, 221-6605.
