Dear Dick:
Staff has reviewed the re -submittal of Sunol Acres for the new owner, Chris Ray, and
offer the following comments:
1. Please refer to the attached redline plans from Engineering, Water/Wastewater,
Stormwater and Poudre Fire Authority.
2. The plan set can be reduced from three sheets to two sheets. Please refer to
redline comments on the Site Plan. Since the request is for single family homes in
the Urban Estate zone district, information relating to building envelopes and
garage door locations can be removed.
3. As you will see on the redlines, please add the signature blocks for the owner,
notary and approval block for the Planning Director.
4. Please move the vicinity map and then add in the eastern portion of the Strobel
M.R.D.
5. Enclosed are the sample signature blocks.
We will schedule the Administrative Hearing upon receipt of revised plans. We will
need an updated affected property owners' mailing list for proper notification (see
enclosed map). As always, please call if you have any questions or concerns about these
comments.
