Based on this latest submittal, we offer the following comments: -Y' Please note that the required minimum rear yard setback for the Urban Estate zone district is 25 feet, not 20 feet. Since Tracts A and B are separate tracts and denote a property line, the rear yard setbacks for Lots 3 and 4 need to be increased to 25 feet. Please note that the sidewalk along C.R. #9 needs to be shifted to the east so that the back of walk is the at the property line. Please describe these tracts as "access easements" as well as drainage easements. Also, please note on the plat and site plan that access for maintenance to Tracts A and B shall be provided through Lots 3and4.
