Dear Dick:
Thank you for re -submitting plans for Sunol Acres on June 2, 2000. The following
comments are offered:
Please refer to the attached comment sheet and redline Utility Plan from the
Engineering Department.
2. Please refer to the attached comment sheet and redline Utility Plan from the
Stormwater Department. Please note that the necessary offsite drainage
easements must be signed by the grantor(s) prior to the public hearing.
3. Please refer to the attached comment sheet and redlined Utility Plan from the
Water and Wastewater Department.
4. Please re -label the plan set so that sheet 2 of 3 becomes sheet 1 of 3 since sheet 2
contains the signature blocks and site data. Then add to the title block of original
sheet 1 so it reads "Context Diagram and Site Plan."
5. Please provide an updated affected property owners' mailing list based on the
map that we previously provided. We can make another map if you need. We
will need these names on self-adhesive mailing labels. Please provide $0.50 cents
per name. We cannot schedule and advertise the public hearing without this list.

This concludes Staff comments. Please be aware that if revised plans are not received
within 90 days of the date of this letter, the Director may remove the project from the
development review process. Hopefully, this will not be the case as the comments are of
a minor nature. Please note that the easements and mailing list are essential in order for
this project to proceed.
