The proposed project is commonly known as the Lemay Avenue 3rd Annexation and Zoning, #34-97. This is a request for an involuntary annexation and zoning of an enclave are approximately 1.7 acres in size. Located on the east side of North Lemay Avenue, between East Lincoln Avenue and East Vine Drive. The proposed zoning for the property is LMN - Low Density Mixed Use Neighborhood. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
