It seems be be brought up at many of the development meetings but no one knows how to get someone to look into it. Many people think there is something wrong, a bearing out or such, that can be fixed. My concern is that the new building will make the same noise and it's even closer to us than the NRRC building. Either way I sure would like this to be investigated so we don't add to the problem or even better get it fixed! Our little neighborhood is getting bombarded with development so it sure would be nice if you could help us out. > Thank you, > Shana Fisher > 970-215-3408 Stephen Olt From: Shana Fisher <Iccasa414@gmail.com> Sent: Monday, May 18, 2015 9:17 AM To: Clay Frickey Subject: Re: Development Review Thanks Clay. The neighborhood has brought this up in multiple other hearings but nothing ever happens. Is there some other avenue we should pursue to get this addressed? This is the fifth development proposal that we've received in the past year so please understand why I'm emailing you instead of attending another meeting. I just can't carve out the time for this one. My first question is about the location. The description says NE corner of Rolland Moore and Centre but the map shows the NW corner. I assume the description is incorrect. > My second comment/question is regarding noise. I'm extremely concerned about quality of life in my neighborhood with all these developments that are going in, with noise level at the top of my list. One would think that an office building wouldn't be much of a concern for noise but my experience tells me otherwise. There is an awful noise that, we believe, is coming from the NRRC building. It's difficult to explain but it's a high pitched whirring noise that goes on 24
