Box 580 Fort Collins, Co 80522-0580 Dear Mr. Blandford, This is regarding a proposed wall along the property he between my property and the Ed Carroll Motor Company property in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado. I understand they will be constructing a concrete wall to enclose the stormwater detention pond on their proposed expanded parking area. The wall will be eight inches thick and a maximum 1.6 feet above my existing ground. The wall will be set six inches in on their property, however the edge of the footing will be on the property line. The length of the wall is 120 feet. I have agreed to permit their concrete contractor to excavate for the footing, to construct the wall and to backfill the wall along our common property line. I have given Ed and John Carroll permission to use 30.00 feet of my property during construction as needed. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call.
