West Swallow Road along the are of a 290.00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 63.15
feet, the long chord of which bears S 70° 53' 48" W 63.02 feet and again S 64' 39' 40" W 183.64
feet and again along the arc of a 20.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 40.97 feet, the
long chord of which bears N 56' 39' 10" W 34.17 feet to a point on the East line of South Mason
Street; thence along the said East he, along the are of a 555.83 foot radius curve to the left a
distance of 101.22 feet, the long chord of which bears N 03' 11' 00" W 101.08 feet and again
along the arc of a 555.83 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 10 1. 21 feet, the long chord
of which bears N 03' 11' 00" W 10 1. 07 feet and again N 02' 02' 00" E 89.55 feet; thence S 89'
43' 00" E 263.29 feet; thence S 00' 19' 00" W 209.60 feet to the point of beginning, containing
