Jim Sell Design, Inc. is representing our client as the planning consultant for the Ed Carroll
Motors - Parking Lot Expansion H, of which we have submitted the necessary PDP
documentation to the. City Planning Department. We have received written comments from
Planner Troy Jones, dated March 25, 2002, and understand that our 90-day deadline for
resubmittal expires on Sunday June 23, 2002 (or Monday June 24, 2002). We are currently
working with both the City of Fort Collins Engineering Department and Transportation Planning
Department to resolve right of way issues along McClelland Drive associated with the Mason
Street Corridor Plan. As we are still in the process of resolving the right of way issues, we
would like to request a 30-day extension, pushing the resubmittal deadline to Wednesday, July
24, 2002. Please. contact our office if you should have any questions with regards to this request.

Dear Mr. Saucerman,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 30-day extension to the Ed
Carroll Motors -Parking Lot Expansion II PDP resubmittal deadline. Therefore, the
new deadline will be July 24, 2002. This will hopefully give you sufficient time to
resolve the right-of-way issues associated with the Mason Street Corridor raised
during the review process.
