RE: DALE KRUGER PROJECT - 218 WEST MAGNOLIA STREET,
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Dear Dick:
This letter is to confirm that I am an owner of 222 West
Magnolia Street that lies adjacent to the above -referenced
property. I met with you regarding a drainage easement on Mr.
Kruger's property adjacent to my property that will drain water
from his parking lot, etc., into Magnolia Street. In the
construction of the drain, it will be necessary to temporarily
use a portion of my lot. The purpose of this letter is_to
confirm that, as owner, Mr. Kruger and/or his contractor is
granted a license to use a portion of the property between his
lot and the building constructed on my lot to construct the
drainage easement on the west boundary of his property. This
license shall be good for one year from date of this letter.
