DEED OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of Lot 20
of the F.J. Spencer Subdivision of Lots 14, 15 and 16 in Block 103, City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a
Municipal Corporation, for public use forever, a permanent easement for the installation and
maintenance of utilities in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on the following described portion
of said Lot 20:
Begin at the Northwest comer of said Lot 20 and run thence East 47.50 feet to the
Northeast comer of said Lot 20; thence South 5.00 feet; thence West 47.50 feet; thence
North 5.00 feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
