RE: The Kruger Office Building
Dear Mike,
The following are responses to your 8/27/98 review comments:
1. a. The redlines are returned with this submittal.
b. The responses are below.
11 /5/98
The irrigation plan is being submitted as requested with the water use table included.
The utility easement along the north property line is provided in written form from Stewart
previously submitted.
The number of residential units are indicated on the site plan and the correct number of
parking spaces are indicated for each of the residential and commercial uses.
( f.) See "e" above
The foundation planting along the west side of the building will be a waste of the owner's
money and not provide any viable use due to the fact that the Kruger building and the
building to the west are 1 '/2 to 2 stories high and only 10 feet apart. There will not be
enough light to sustain weeds let alone actual planting.
There is an existing tree on the adjoining lot within 5' of the location requested for an
ornamental or deciduous tree, therefore placing an additional tree in that corner would not
be a good idea. , A-t,r kV,,Z w
0/ '. A 6" vertical curb (or turned down edge of the sidewalk slab) is along the edge of the

') j. The required landscape notes are on the landscape plan.
k. The site lighting plan and fixtures types are on sheet one of four in the upper right hand
corner noted as : Lighting Plan
