Dear Ric:
On a number of occasions we have discussed the need to resubmit the Project
Development Plan application for the Mason Street Motel, File #7-98. As near as
I can tell from the file, the last correspondence regarding this project was the
March 10, 1998 comment letter.
Please consider this official notification that a resubmittal needs to be made
within 90 days if the receipt of this letter according to Section 2.2.11 (A) of the
Land Use Code. This letter is, by reference, including the comment letters from
Mike Ludwig dated March 3 and March 10, 1998. Any resubmittal should
respond to the issues identified in these letters. One 30 day extension to this
deadline can be requested. However, given.the length of time this project has
been dormant, good cause would need to be provided to justify any extension.
Should no resubmittal be received by June 10, 2000, the development
application shall automatically lapse and become null and void.
If you are aware that the applicant does not intend to pursue this project, I would
appreciate notification that the project could be withdrawn.
