Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as the
PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION
Johnston Townhomes.
■ 166 total dwelling units
As proposed, the project consists of developing a parcel of land that is
' 20 acres
' Rosen Street - Extended
approximately 20 acres in size for 166 townhomes. The parcel currently contains
an existing house and is located directly west of the Crown on Timberline
• Prairie Hill Drive - Utilized
Apartments that are currently under construction along Timberline Road.
■ Red Willow Drive - Utilized
■ Bike Trail - Extended.
The project would utilize three existing public streets. On the north side of the
parcel, Rosen Drive would be extended as an east -west street. On the south side,

Prairie Hill Drive would also serve as an east -west street. On the east side of the

site, Red Willow Drive would serve as a north -south street. In addition, a
