On Wednesday, March 11, 1998, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may
come before the Director of Current Planning, in the Main Conference Room of 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO. 80524, the Current Planning Director will
conduct an Administrative Hearing to consider the request for a subdivsion of land in
your neighborhood.
The project is a request to divide the existing University National Plaza - 2020 S.
College Avenue into two lots for the purpose of conveying a portion of the center to
another party. The site is .93 acre in size and located on the east side of South
College Avenue, south of Spring Creek Drive, and west of Remington Street (see map
on reverse)
There is no land develoment or re -development associated with this request. The
subdivision is for the purpose of conducting a transaction where the center will be
divided into two separate ownerships.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
