Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-580 Dear Ted, The following is our response to your letter dated February 24, 1998 regarding Replat of Part of Tract 1, Replat of Block 2 and Lots 1 to 7 Inclusive of Block 1 of St. Vrain Subdivision. 1. We added a 10.00 foot utility easement along College Avenue. A 15.00 foot easement will encroach on the existing building. 2. We added a 7.5 foot easement along Remington Street, North of the existing building. The existing building has zero lot line set back. 3. We are still trying to locate the existing sewer service from Lot 1. The City Water Utilities do not know the location. We will have dye placed in the sewer in Building 1 to try to identify the sewer location. 4. We revised the vicinity map. 5. We revised the "Attorney's Certificate". 6. We revised the City Approval to say "Current Planning Director". 7. We added an address line to the Notary Statement. Please find three prints of the Replat enclosed. Sincerely, Richard A.
