Dear Brian:
As part of the Final Compliance Review submittal checklist, there is a requirement for an undated Traffic
Impact Analysis (TIA). For the Elizabeth Street Apartments project, there are no updates to the TIA as
the layout being proposed was one of the alternates originally presented. Therefore, please consider this
letter as the "Update".
