Dear Mr. Gloss,
We are requesting an Administrative Extension to the approved
PDF/FDP # 130003 plan. We are unable to start construction on
these buildings at this time, due to construction costs and many
vacant office spaces already for rent in Fort Collins and we have
had no new contacts of tenants for office rentals. We would
request an extension to start any construction on these Mason
Street lots.

Subject: Boardwalk Crossing PDP & Final Plans - #130003
Dear Ms. Holter,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a one year (12
month) extension to the Boardwalk Crossing PDP Final Plan which was originally
approved on September 13, 2013.
Based on this extension you must complete all engineering improvements (water,
sewer, streets, curb, gutter, street lights, fire hydrants and storm drainage) no later than
September 13, 2017.
