On behalf of the Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD), Farnsworth Group has reviewed the Final
Development Plan of East Ridge 2"d Filing identified as:
Final Development Plan for East Ridge 211 Filing single family attached units. The site is
located in the Low Density Mixed Use Neighborhood zone district.
The District hereby advises as follows:
0 There is no objection to this proposal.

1) BSD will require 10 foot minimum horizontal separation between all sanitary sewer and
water mains.
2) Show and label all plugs accordingly in the plan and profile view. Provide plug detail.
3) Manhole SSMH 12.5-2 is shown below existing/proposed grade in profiles. Check
manhole rim and adjust accordingly.
4) Fix manhole labels on sheet SS29 to match manhole structure in profile.
5) The design engineer will need to coordinate with Farnsworth Group on design of BSD
offsite sewer connection.
The District has adequate capacity to service the property referenced above. The District is
in full compliance with Federal and State water quality requirements. We look forward to
