Dear Property Owner or Resident: MEETING TIME AND LOCATION Wednesday, October 1, 2014 This letter is being sent to let you know about a development proposal, Old 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Elk Mixed -Use Building and Distillery - 360 Linden Street, and to invite Northside Aztlan Community Center you to a neighborhood information meeting where you can learn about the 112 East Willow Street proposed project and ask questions of the applicant. Fort Collins, CO 80524 Old Elk Mixed -Use Building and Distillery is an application to re -develop PROPOSAL NAME & LOCATION 360 Linden Street which is the southeast comer of Linden Street and Willow Old Elk Mixed -Use Building and Street. The site presently contains Kiefer Concrete which will remain on the Distillery easterly portion of the lot. The proposed project would occupy the westerly portion with street frontage on both Linden Street and Willow Street. (Please PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION see map on reverse.)
