On Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 6:00 P.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue,
the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public
hearing to consider a development proposal near your property. The project
is referred to as River District Block 8, Mixed -Use Development,
#PDP140016.
This is a request for a mixed -use project consisting of two buildings located at
the southeast corner of Linden and Willow Streets next to Mawson Lumber.
One building would be a three-story, 32,874 square foot Distillery, with offices,
which also includes a fourth floor tower. The other building would be two
stories and contain 10,251 square feet that includes a standard restaurant, and
various support functions related to the Distillery such as a tasting room, retail
sales and offices. The development includes a 95-foot high water tower, grain
silos, two courtyards, outdoor patio dining and a second floor bridge
connecting the two buildings. The site is 1.16 acres and zoned R-D-R, River
Downtown Redevelopment.
