Based on this, the current design complies: • The proposed eave height along the east property line is 17'-5", and the maximum height at that location (14'-0" from the property line) based on the administrative interpretation is I T-6" (13' + an additional 6" x 9'). • I'm showing a maximum building height of 2l'-9", which meets the 24'-0" maximum requirement. The scale of the east -west building section & the adjacent elevation are the same (1/4" - F-0"), so the 13' height line should be consistent across the section & the adjacent east elevation- let me know if this doesn't make sense, or if you have any other questions. On the building elevation sheet it looks like the eve height (highest portion of eve) on east elevation (tallest wall) of approximately 17'-6". You show a 13' dimension (maximum allowed at side setback) which does not match other scales? This can be fixed at final design.
