Our client has supplied the executed Letters -of -Intent documents (attached) from the Texas Roadhouse and Cinemark, which accompany the following Easement Exhibits; those easements that we understand to be necessary for project approvals. Our intent is to solicit feedback from reviewing departments and PFA as to agreement, prior to drawing up and executing legal easements. Please, provide information on whether the Easement Exhibits attached satisfy the necessary easement requirements or in what way they need to be amended.
