Hello Mr Holland,
First of all it is exciting to see such a successful company like Woodward wanting to stay invested in this great
community. So although I could go on about those accolades I know this is about the site and its development.
So then, to see the Link-n-Greens site ready to transition into a beautiful and vibrant area is very exciting. After
seeing the site plan and how it will create an upscale business area and still allow great views and integration
with the great Poudre River I see acceptance of the proposal as the only option.
The City of Fort Collins will have the opportunity for a long time vested partner to help in transitioning an area
of town into not only a asset in economic development but do it a way that allow for part of the past to be
remembered in a long lasting way. The architecture not only fits but will accentuate the entire Lincoln Avenue
area and help connect it to the Downtown area in a pleasing way.
In the end moving forward with this development is a win for the economy, environment, historic elements,
visual and infill improvement of the area and for the overall benefit of Fort Collins.
I look forward to the acceptance of this project and the greatness it will have on us all.
Thanks
