Jason,
I am writing in support of the proposed Woodward Governor project that will be discussed at the February 21't Planning
and Zoning Board meeting.
The proposed Woodward project fits within the City's plans for the property. It is a great infill project that will enhance
the habitat along the river, rebuilding it along the entire property.
This project is critical to the long-term economic health of our City. Keeping hundreds of good paying jobs in our
community means that employees and their families will support local businesses, spending their dollars at restaurants,
stores, car dealerships, banks, etc. Further, having this large employment base right next to Old Town will support other
goals that our City has including the development of a hotel & convention center. Woodward is not only an employer
but a customer in our area, purchasing items from the City (utilities) and from private businesses.
Communities throughout the country are competing for employers such as Woodward. And quality projects like the one
proposed are rare. I urge the Planning and Zoning Board to support the proposed Woodward Governor project.

Greg Woods
