I didn't see that here. Department: Water -Wastewater Engineering Contact: Wes Lamarque, 970-416-2418, wlamargue@fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 1 04/13/2016: No comments. There is identified grading within Outlot A shown on Sheet 4 but this does not match the grading shown on the MAVD (Aspen) plans [Sheet C-036]. There appears to be different berming sizes and heights, between the sets. Given that MAVD's master set has identified landscaping within Outlot A, I'm perhaps presuming that the MAVD set is the "controlling" set? If that is the presumption, then I would think there would be more of Aspen's grading shown within Outlot A and the grading plan here would shown how the site ties into this, including the grading behind the Lady Moon right-of-way. If Outlot A is to be regraded by this project, then should there be corresponding landscape drawings for this project showing work within Outlot A? Note that work within Outlot A by this project may have similar concerns brought up with the MAVD plans regarding the irrigation easement holder. Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 04/12/2016: Note #2 shown on most sheets of the civil plans indicates that all storm sewer shall be inspected by the City. I'm under the impression that Storm line 1 & 7 might be the extent of the public storm sewer and the rest could be private? (Storm sewer lines should be labelled as public or private on the plans with verification from Stormwater to distinguish any private from public storm lines.) Last round, there were three Spruce and Two Crab in this area. Please add suitable plant material in this area that addresses this void. The last version of the plan showed three Baked Spruce and two Crab in this area. Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 04/13/2016 04/13/2016: The Photometric Plan has several fixtures that are difficult to locate on the plans. Please adjust the graphics and layers so that the plan is more readable. Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 04/15/2016 04/15/2016: In general, the Photometric Plan should be revised to remove the light contour per fixture or bring up the font size and line weight of the fixture designation that are now obscured. The plan needs to be more easily readable.
