The irrigation plans must comply with the provisions outlined in Section 3.2.1(J) of

and Power prefers to have the electrical meters banked on multifamily units and on
opposite sides of the building from gas meters (this comment is for future reference

05/13/2015: Since the surveying was done using NAVD88, please do not change
the plans. Please provide the following statement, to make it clear that these plans
use NAVD88 and the surrounding developments are on NGVD29 Unadjusted. The
complete Benchmark Statement is added to show placement of the note.

05/12/2015: Why are the plans using NAVD88, when the surrounding development
of Registry Ridge is NGVD29 Unadjusted? The City has gone to NAVD88, but this
project would be grandfathered into NGVD29 Unadjusted. We would highly
recommend that you stay on NGVD29 Unadjusted.
