This letter represents confirmation of Registry Ridge Seventh Filing Final Plan approval
and three-year term of vested rights.
On June 20, 2016, the Final Development Plan (FDP) for the Project was approved by
the Director of Planning, representing the date the Site Plan mylars were signed. The
Development Agreement was finalized on October 10, 2015, and Utility Plans were
signed on October 22, 2015. A subdivision plat of the Property was recorded June
21, 2016 at reception number 20160039534 of the Larimer County, Colorado records.
The FDP was granted a three year term of vested property rights to June 20, 2019, in
accordance with Section 2.2.11(D) (3) of the Land Use Code.
The term of vested property rights will require all public engineering improvements in
accordance with the approved utility plans to be completed no later than June 20, 2019.
