The City of Fort Collins Staff will provide a Development Review Overview presentation
from 5:30 p.m. — 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 20, 2012. This presentation will be given
prior to the neighborhood meeting scheduled for the Link-N-Greens Overall Development
Plan from 6:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. The meeting is located at the City of Fort Collins Streets
Department main facility building, 625 North Lemay Avenue (also known as 625 East gtn
Street).
The Development Review Overview is an opportunity for neighbors to learn and ask
questions about the development review process and the appropriate means and
opportunities to provide feedback for future development projects.
Please join us prior to the Neighborhood Meeting for this important development review
presentation.
The list of affected property owners for this meeting is derived from official records of the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record
keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify others of this pending meeting so all pertinent
stakeholders may have the opportunity to attend. If you have any questions regarding
this matter, please call our office at 224-6126.

On Monday, August 20, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. at the City of Fort Collins Streets
Department main facility building, 625 North Lemay Avenue (also known as 625 East 9th
Street), the City of Fort Collins Community Development and Neighborhood Services
Department will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is referred to as the Link-N-Greens Overall Development
Plan.
At the neighborhood meeting, the applicant will be present to discuss this proposal. City
Staff also will be present to answer questions about the City's Land Use Code, review
process, and the regulations that relate to this proposal. At this meeting, an official
decision of approval or denial for this project will not be reached. The meeting is an
opportunity for neighbors to ask the applicant questions about the proposed project.
Additionally, please go to www.fcqov.com/drq for more information about the City's
development review process.
The site is the Link-N-Greens golf course (see map on reverse). The purpose of the
proposed Overall Development Plan is to establish general planning and development
control parameters for the project. The uses that are being considered for this plan are
retail, commercial, general office, and campus -style light industrial. The Link-N-Greens site
is zoned C-C-R, Community Commercial — Poudre River District, and an Overall
Development Plan is subject to a review and public hearing with the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board.
