As the City staff member managing the above -referenced project, I thought I would direct my comments to you.
I would like to be on record in support of the PDP being presented on Thursday, as I will not be able to attend the
meeting. As the 2012 Chair of Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce as well as a small business owner in Fort Collins, I
am aware of the community support provided by Woodward. Whether in support of science and math programs within
area schools or simply their well -maintained footprint (including a holiday display my family has enjoyed for years,)
Woodward is a company that Fort Collins should be proud to have reside here. In addition to knowing the fine
corporate citizen they represent, this project should provide good infill use and improve the opportunity for integration
of the river corridor. This project will continue to make our downtown area the thriving success it has become.
Please support this incredible opportunity to retain one of Fort Collins' most respected employers. This type of
opportunity to meet the City's needs by a such a well -respected corporate citizen does not happen often.
