Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Wednesday, November 7, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. — 8:30 p.m. at the City of Fort
Collins Streets Department main facility building, 625 North Lemay Avenue (also known
as 625 East 9th Street), the City of Fort Collins Community Development and
Neighborhood Services Department will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as the Link-n-Greens Project
Development Plan (P.D.P.).
From 6:00 p.m. — 6:30 p.m., City of Fort Collins Staff will provide a Development Review
Overview presentation prior to the neighborhood meeting. The Development Review
Overview is an opportunity for neighbors to learn and ask questions about the
development review process.
From 6:30 p.m. — 8:30 p.m. the applicant will be present to discuss and answer
questions regarding a proposal at the Link-n-Greens property, located at 777 East
Lincoln Avenue. A location map of the site is shown on the back of this letter. The Link-
n-Greens P.D.P. is being proposed to accommodate a new campus for Woodward. As
a large employer, Woodward intends to develop a campus of office, manufacturing, and
testing facilities. The site is zoned C-C-R, Community Commercial — Poudre River
District, and a P.D.P. is subject to a review and public hearing with the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board.
City Staff considers your input regarding this project as an important part of the
development review process. At this meeting, an official decision of approval or denial
for this project will not be reached. The meeting is an opportunity for neighbors to ask
the applicant questions, get the facts about the project, and provide the applicant input
on the proposed project. Additionally, please go to www.fcqov.com/drq for more
information about the City's development review process.
The list of affected property owners for this neighborhood meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting. If you have any questions regarding this
meeting, please call our office at 224-6126.
Sincerely,
Jason Holland
City Planner
