Subject: Lapse of Riversong Waldorf School PDP application.
Dear Mrs. Kathol:
Based on a lack of written response to development review comments issued on
April 1, 1998, The City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department has
determined that the Riversong Waldorf School PDP application has lapsed and
become null and void. Under Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code, the
applicant is required to respond within ninety (90) days of receipt of written
comments from the City. Staff had the authority to grant up to one thirty (30) day
extension, however the deadline for that request has also passed.
This information was confirmed with Roberta VonHillsburg and yourself in
previous conversations. A copy of this letter will also be forwarded to Jeff
Ruppert, the original applicant.
