Dear Steve:
The following is some information on our proposed development. The existing property has
a small one bedroom house and three small sheds located on it. The house is in poor
condition and does not maximize the use of the property.
The Fort Collins Housing Authority purchased the property with the idea of an infill
development. The plan is to remove the buildings and some trees from the property.
We would then construct 5 new townhomes with detached garages. The townhomes are
proposed as two stories on slab -on grade foundation.
Traditionally the Housing Authority mainly produces affordable rental properties. However,
in this particular development we are proposing an affordable home ownership program.
Below is a brief description of the site information. See attached site landscape and elevation
plans.
