Ms. Rivis: Telephone (303) 221-5484 In reference to the Project Development Proposal "Shadeland Town Homes" I requested the traffic impact study be waived because of the size and location of the proposal. I would also request a waiver for the Bicycle and pedestrian impact study. As you are aware the proposal consist of 5 town homes located at 517 1/2 E. Prospect Road. The existing neighborhood is fully developed with sidewalks, street, and bicycle paths and trails, including public transportation "transfort". The project description which was part of the submittal goes into detail about the public transportation and pedestrian travel. I appreciate your consideration in this matter.
