Subject: Shadeland Town Homes
I have received a request to waive the TIS requirements for the above -stated
project. Due to the low trip generation, and the fact that it is an infill
project. I have waived the requirements for the Housing Authority to prepare
a TIS. I have checked with Kathleen Reavis and she agrees that the
alternative modes portion of the TIS may also be waived.
