I have crosshatched the areas that we are proposing to have cross access and parking easements. As I mentioned on the phone, we would propose to include the easment on the Ace side in the plat we are preparing and we would provide you with a rrietes and bounds description for the Senior Center side. Please let me know how you would suggest that we proceed in preparing dt executing a letter of intent between the two parties. We are hoping to make a submittal for the project on August 17th and it is our understanding that we must include the letter of intent in our submittal. Please also, let me know if I can help you out in anyway. Fisher, Architect 3115 Clyde St. Fort Collins, CO 80524 Via fax: 484-4833 Re: Letter of Intent for Senior Center/Ace Hardware Cross Access/Parking Agreement Dear Mr. Fisher: The Cultural, Library, and Recreational Services (CLRS) staff agree in concept to your cross access and parking easements proposal as shown on the attached exhibit. Once all planning issues have been resolved by Staff, CLRS will submit an Ordinance to City Council recommending approval of the access and parking easements. CLRS will continue to work through the City's Planning Department on this issue. If you have questions, please contact the Planning Department.
