College Avenue type I (LUC) PDP/FC Reviev% City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: Commui_ _y Planning and Environmental vices Current Planning June 30, 1998 On Tuesday, July 14, 1998 at 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, 281 North College Avenue, the Director of Current Planning will conduct a public Administrative Hearing on the Will Subdivision (previously Dimmers Brew Pub). The request is for 7,785 square feet of retail uses in an existing building located at 742- 746 North College Avenue. The property is on the east side of College Avenue between the Lake Canal and Import Auto Sales and is zoned CN- Commercial, North College Zoning District. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
