Collins CO 80522 RE: Streamside Annexation Dear Mr. Olt, P.O. Box 1190 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-1190 (970) 498-7683 (970) 498-7700 Fax (970) 498-7711 http://www.larimer.org/planning RECEIVED NPR 2 R 2006 Cl)RF(ENT PLANNING This letter acknowledges receipt of the Petition for the above proposed annexation to the City of Fort Collins. This week, staff from the Larimer County Planning, Engineering and Health Departments met to review these materials. Staff would like to see the final plat for Streamside PD/PLD recorded before being annexed to Fort Collins. It is Larimer County Engineering's expectation that as part of the annexation, the entire right of way of any Larimer County roads adjacent to the property will also be annexed. If the annexation is approved and the project moves forward, Larimer County Engineering would recommend that a traffic impact study and drainage report be required. County Engineering would appreciate the opportunity to review these reports as to the impacts the development will have on the transportation and drainage facilities in the unincorporated portions of the County. County Engineering requests that any County transportation or drainage facilities that are not adequate to handle the additional development be made adequate.
