After consultation with our clients, we are hereby withdrawing the application for
rezoning of the property located at 3036 West Prospect Road, Fort Collins, Colorado. Of course,
it is our understanding that Sherry and John Eichman may reapply for rezoning in the future if
they choose to do so.
