Dear Mr. Gloss:
Please accept this letter as a request for extension of the approved Midpoint Self
Storage Development Plan. This project was originally approved on May 7, 2004
and since it will expire on May 7, 2007 we are submitting this request. The first
phase of this project has been previously constructed and is under operation.
Since then, the project has come under new ownership. The current owner is
desiring to complete the remainder of the project. Their intensions are to start
construction with in the next 90 days and be completed with in one years time.
All of the required documents and applications are currently being prepared for
submittal to both the Planning and Building Departments for review and
approval. Would ask you to grant us an extension of (1) one year as to complete
this project. We appreciate your review and consideration of our request. Steve
Olt, our planner, has been assisting us with this development plan. Further

Subject: Prospect Industrial Park, Midpoint Self Storage PDP one-year extension
Dear Mr. Sherman,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a one year
extension to the Prospect Industrial Park, Midpoint Self Storage PDP #28-98D,
originally approved on May 7, 2004. Based on this extension, all engineering
improvements (water, sewer, streets, curb, gutter, street lights, fire hydrants and
storm drainage) must be completed no later than May 7, 2008.
Pursuant to Section 2.2.11(D) (4) of the Land Use Code, I am authorized to grant
an additional one year extension should you find that the above new deadline
cannot be met. Please note that additional requests beyond the two consecutive
one year periods fall outside my purview and may only be authorized by the
Planning and Zoning Board.
